Ben Potts

Treasurer

Benjamin Potts has been involved with Facetime Theatre from its inception, and he is thrilled to serve on the Board of Directors as the treasurer of the board. In addition to supporting the theatre from the board side, he also works closely with the staff to assist in sound tech and equipment. Ben has directed music for the theatre many times, including the recent Mainstage show The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, one of his favorite musicals of all time. He has been on stage at Facetime Theatre in the Center Stage Chorale and in the Mainstage show Jekyll and Hyde. He has also performed in other local community theatres in the past. Ben attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School, has a certificate in Business and Public Policy from The Wharton School, and obtained his B.A. in Music, graduating summa cum laude from Emory University. He lives in Phoenixville with his wife, Jessica, and their lovely daughters, Clara and Louisa.

how we started

Facetime Studio opened its doors in north Phoenixville in 2007 and has been offering high-quality educational programming for students of all ages since then. Facetime Theatre offers several Mainstage productions throughout the year as well as camps, classes, workshops, and age-based student productions.
